Since its debut in the late 1950s, the electric baritone guitar has been used for country music, surf music, spaghetti westerns, jazz and hard rock. Interest in baritone guitars has grown during the last few years, but until we created this site, there have not been any web resources dedicated to the instrument. This site will be a place for players, retailers and guitar builders to share information, opinions and ideas on baritones guitars, especially electric baritones. Readers are encouraged to provide input via e-mail.
